The Edmonton Convention Centre stands out for our exceptionally unique food experiences that bring the farm to your fork. Crafted by Executive Chef Serge Belair, our menus emphasize quality and sustainability that reflect the region we live in and the land we harvest. By sourcing 45% of our food suppliers from regional producers and growers, we inject $750,000 each year back into Alberta agriculture.

Our chefs source the finest and freshest regionally-sourced seasonal ingredients from Alberta’s farmers, producers and processors. We meet with the farms who grow our food, and support their businesses by purchasing and cooking with home-grown ingredients that reduce our carbon footprint.
