Our signature seasonal Dinner with Canada’s Top Chefs introduces guests to an authentic farm to table fine-dining feast. Experience an eight-course meal in the heart of our kitchen as we wine and dine you for an evening.
Executive Chef Serge Belair and his award-winning team of 11 Red Seal chefs will present an exclusive dinner for 50 guests. This edition features a bold selection of flavours and perfectly paired wines to compliment each course. Each chef will prepare a course to showcase their creativity and innovation using fresh ingredients from our region’s best producers.
