Executive Chef Serge Belair and members of Culinary Team Canada will present a seven-course menu featuring exclusive wine pairings in support of the upcoming IKA Culinary Olympics 2020 in Stuttgart, Germany.
Our very own Executive Pastry Chef Jason Wang and Sous Chef Jacob Lee will compete on this year’s Culinary Team Canada. To compete on this scale in this elite international event in Germany, Culinary Team Canada will prepare three courses in five hours and dinner for 110 guests in only six hours. The IKA/Culinary Olympics is the oldest, largest and most diverse international culinary arts competition in the world where 59 teams with 2,000 professional chefs measure their skills against each other. Full of passion, professional chef teams work on the perfect interaction of ingredients, preparation and presentation. In fair competition, new culinary trends have been created for 100 years.
