We’re pleased to announce an additional date due to overwhelming demand.

Join us on date night for Charcuterie Night with Canada’s Top Chefs on July 11.

Enjoy an intimate, interactive farm to table experience in the heart of our kitchen and learn how to build the ultimate charcuterie spread from the country’s top chefs. Anchor your platter with exclusive meats and cheeses from local artisans Meuwly’s and Old School Cheesery. Guests will learn the basics of crafting a perfectly balanced board while sipping on a selection of delicious wines and beers.

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Charcuterie board class taught by guest Chef Peter Keith of Meuwly’s and  Executive Chef Serge Belair.

6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Guests build and enjoy charcuterie boards

7:30 p.m. – Kitchen tour
