Led by Executive Chef Serge Belair, named among Canada’s top three chefs at the 2023 Canadian Culinary Championship and the 2012 Canadian Chef of the Year, our culinary leaders are pioneers who redefine dining at a convention venue. A dining experience from our chefs delivers fine-dining scaled for 1,000+ person events with the same quality of that you expect from the country’s top fine-dining restaurants. Our commitment to sourcing fresh ingredients and supporting regional farms creates impact in our region with 45% of our food suppliers being local Alberta producers and community growers. Every year, the Edmonton Convention Centre re-injects over $750,000 back into the community. When you host with us, you invest directly back into Alberta producers.
