Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation Dene Lands and Resource Management (ACFN DLRM) is proud to host a first of its kind Job Fair in Edmonton.
The ACFN DLRM Urban Job Fair and Conference will be held at the Edmonton Convention Centre (Hall D) on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 from 10am-5pm.
This is more than just a job fair; it is a celebration of Dene culture and Indigenous economic opportunity. The event will include:
- Ample opportunities for employers to connect with Indigenous job-seekers.
- Speakers and panels.
- Artistic performances.
- A fashion show.
This is a unique opportunity for both job-seekers and employers.
While the event is open to all job-seekers and employers, we particularly encourage Indigenous job-seekers to attend. For employers, this is an excellent opportunity to connect with Indigenous talent from Edmonton and beyond. Post-secondary institutions and those interested in further education will also have an opportunity to connect.
Pre-registration is not required for job-seekers.
