Join us for Charcuterie Night raising funds to support the Glenrose Foundation on October 17. Funds raised help provide innovative equipment, programs and technology in order to help patients recover, relearn life skills and rediscover their full potential.
Enjoy an intimate, interactive farm to table experience and learn how to build the ultimate charcuterie spread from the country’s top chefs. Executive Chef Serge Belair will teach you how to anchor your platter with exclusive meats and cheeses from local suppliers Meuwly’s and Old School Cheesery. Guests will learn the basics of crafting a perfectly balanced board while sipping on a selection of delicious wines and beers in support of the Glenrose Foundation.
