Experience four-courses of locally inspired cuisine prepared by Edmonton Convention Centre’s Executive Chef Serge Belair and his renowned culinary team. Using fresh farm to table ingredients, our chefs deliver creativity to your plate as they showcase their culinary artistry with every bite.

Executive Chef Serge Belair leads one of Canada’s premier culinary teams. Hailing from Gatineau, Quebec, Chef Belair’s French roots inspire his culinary style that has been widely recognized by national and international culinary experts.
