Our administration staff will be working remotely and will continue responding to emails and phone calls at this time.
Response to COVID-19: Posted March 12, 2020
As stewards of a public gathering facility, the health and safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. In consideration of the information provided by Alberta Health Services on March 12, our venue management team has made the proactive decision to work collaboratively with our staff and clients to postpone any public gathering events with over 250 guests.
Our priority is to support Alberta Health Services in their efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19. We will be working with our clients, suppliers and partners within the coming days to postpone all events over 250 attendees until further information from Alberta Health Services states it is safe to resume.
Event ticket holders seeking refunds or more information about their upcoming event are encouraged to reach out directly to the event producer or planner.
We will release more information on our website as it becomes available.
